I would like to discuss RFID technology, what's working, getting started, what system is best.

Open Space Events are Wonderful

Hi. I have organized and lead Open Space events before. I would encourage anyone with an interest in library technology or organizational development to attend. Open Space is one of the most powerful and wonderful ways to organize a meeting. Simply attending one Open Space event will forever change the way you think about meetings. Try it out!

I would like to suggest a topic: Wikis and Blogs.

Open Source ILS's, VMWare, database authentication

One of our goals this year is to load a VMWare image of Evergreen, an open source ILS, and to track development of open source ILS's - we're a consortium that runs SirsiDynix Horizon, which has been redlined in favor of Symphony (on the Unicorn platform).

Also this year, we're comparing Web Feat Enterprise and its proxy features, Athens, and Shibboleth to our current system of multiple EZProxy installs and SirsiDynix RPA (Remote Patron Authentication).

And, finally, we're using VMWare successfully and are willing to share our experiences and to learn from others.

Personally, I'd like to know more about Zoho.com and all its services (wiki, mail, projects, databases, etc.) from someone who's used it in production.

And, finally, we're using VMWare successfully and are willing to share our experiences and to learn from others.
