Trustees and Advocates Division Trustee Training Workshop
This workshop is part of the QSAC library certification process. It is a 4-hour course for Trustees and Directors of public and district libraries.
Specialists speak on the legal, funding, budgeting, advocacy and technology aspects of library operations, using PowerPoint slides and handouts. For an example of the sort of subject matter covered in this introductory course, see the attached PowerPoint file.
